Coverlay Production, Inc. originated in Denver, Colorado in 1982 and incorporated as Import Car Products and solutions, Ltd., a Colorado Company. Our initial reason, at time of incorporation, was to import aftermarket car overall body elements from Taiwan and Italy and sell them to system shops from
